Loading Bay Load House supplied and installed for food manufacturer in Peterborough

Armo won a complete loading bay Load House project for Meadow Foods in Peterborough, the UK’s largest independent dairy and a leading supplier of milk and dairy ingredients to the food industry, via a trade partner. Meadow Foods have been investing in all areas of their business in the last year to raise efficiency levels and their loading capabilities were included in this investment.

Our trade partner contacted us with photos to enquire whether Armo would have a solution to the client’s requirement of a temperature efficient loading bay requiring minimal or no civil works, We were able to give the option of a Load House, a budget cost and suggested a site meeting would be the next step to make sure sizes, quote and lead time was suitable for the client.

After a successful site meeting, we were pleased to receive the order and commenced with the project.

The Armo Load House model ARLH is supplied to suit a variety of loading bay applications. It is easy to add on to existing buildings therefore being space saving and/or making space – whichever way you want to look at it! Another plus to the Load House is we can install quickly with no major civil work. The installation onsite for this particular project took just 5 days in total and included; swing lip dock leveller and frame, control panel, inflatable dock shelter, roller shutter industrial door, buffers, strip curtains, dock lights, traffic lights and wheel alignment guides.
