Armo spA is our manufacturing market leader in Europe for lifting table and loading bay equipment. We use the most advanced techniques at our manufacturing plant in Northern Italy, allowing us to produce equipment that meets unbeatable standards for performance, reliability and safety.
At Armo (UK) we specialise in assisting our clients by working with them to develop a proposed solution and a design that meets their exact needs, all customer orders are handled by our own project and installation departments and our dedicated Service Division provides ongoing back up after the initial sale.
The UK market generally dictates that dock levellers need to be electro/hydraulic, Armo produce swing lip dock levellers which are most commonly sold in the UK but also telescopic lip dock levellers which provide more flexibility as you have a larger operating range and more finite control of the lip that lands onto the bed of the trailer - Talk to the experts about which product will best suit your needs.
We manufacture a range of standard sizes but also non-standard sizes for replacing older dock levellers that may have been manufactured to imperial sizes, an alternative option is to install a completely new loading bay externally and fixed to the existing loading dock edge.
Our dedicated Service Division provides UK national coverage, same day response as standard and a range of service and extended warranty contracts for complete peace of mind.
All Armo dock levellers are manufactured in strict compliance with the British Standard for dock levellers BS EN 1398, our factory has been manufacturing products since 1972 and our UK operation provides unrivalled loading bay expertise.
Dock levellers bridge the gap and height difference between a docked trailer and the internal building finish floor height which then provides safe and direct access into the rear of a trailer, enabling material handling equipment to quickly and safely load and unload products.
