Dock Levellers & Wheel Guides manufactured and installed for Spalding client

JC Plant & Construction LTD based in Lincolnshire contacted Armo after searching Google to request quotes on 3 x loading bays incorporating  dock levellers and loading bay accessories for their project in Spalding. After hearing what they were looking for, of course Armo were most helpful in advising about the most suitable manufactured products for their project.

An order was placed for new products and loading bay accessories:

Pouring Trays – Pre-fabricated pouring trays to eliminate traditional concrete shuttering, positioned onto a suitable base and then the concrete is poured around the tray to complete the pit construction.

Armo ARSL Dock Levellers – Standard size dock levellers are kept in stock at our Telford head office; 2000 w x 2500 l x 610mm pit depth with both a 300mm above and below dock operating parameters complete with a one piece lip complete with a 5° curvature for when loading above dock.

Dock Buffers – Armo’s buffers are heavy-duty rubber buffers complete with steel fixing plates that allow fixing to the loading dock face sized at 450 h x 250 w x 100mm depth.

Wheel Guides – Wheel Guides are manufactured with soft radius bends and are supplied for installing centrally to the loading bay, circa 2000mm from the dock. The reserving vehicle slots between the guides that ensure the vehicle dock safely and centrally to the loading bay.

Traffic Lights  – Traffic Lights were 140 w x 268 l x 50mm pit depth. The red over green LED Traffic Lights provided in full sealed black moulded unit complete with small sun visors.
