We are delighted to be working on a new processing plant in Wrexham. It’s the first, completely new, state-of-the-art plant at this line speed in the UK. The company focuses on the most innovative technology and processes and feels the same about its transport.

On this occasion we have fitted an ARRS Insulated Roller Shutter Door. This is a derivation of the standard roller shutter, the insulated roller shutter door is manufactured in a very similar way, but the curtain is formed with two laths with insulation material between them. The roll when the door is open is a larger diameter, but it requires significantly less space behind the door than a sectional overhead door.

Like the standard roller shutter, the insulated roller shutter can be finished in a number of ways, the most popular being powder coated and Plastisol. Both options you can match doors to a co-ordinated colour scheme with cladding or a corporate image
