Armo won the contract to refurbish 7 loading bays for an international Food Manufacture based in Wrexham. Following our site survey, we removed the existing dock leveller’s doors and seals and replaced them with the following:

• ARSL Swing Lip Dock Levellers, robust in design and construction. The platforms are made from 6/8 mm tear plate steel, supported by a minimum of 8 longitudinal beams to strengthen the deck but still allowing it to twist through its length to cater for vehicles that are out of level with the Loading Bay.

• ARCS Cushion Seals These heavy-duty cushion seals are suitable for accommodating vehicles of similar heights, whilst at the same time providing the optimum seal.

• Loading Dock Buffers model ARDB, Armo Dock Buffers are made from heavy duty solid rubber, fixed to a prime and painted solid steel backing plate using M24 fixings and the plate in turn is welded in position to provide a long lasting solid fixing.

• ARRS Insulated Roller Shutter Door, They are constructed from pre-galvanised material, each panel section was 94mm deep with a multi-ribbed face for integrity. The curtain, when assembled is held in position with purposely designed injection moulded end fittings.  The curtain finish was, as requested by the customer, Ral 9010.
