Between Levels Lift & Lift Shaft Access Doors installed for client in Fulham

A new client approached us in February 2016, looking for information and a quote for a Between Levels Lift for a project for Howdens in Fulham. We provided them with information on our range of Lifts and advised on what particular lift would be most beneficial to their criteria and needs.

We quoted for an ARGL Armo Goods Lift which measured 2200mm wide x 2800mm long x 650mm deep with a lift stroke of 3000mm (with top limit switch to adjust to suit conditions) The load capacity for this specific project needed to be 3000kg and the lift was installed with a low level steel door.

Safety with lifting tables is paramount and Armo lifts are manufactured strictly in line with BS EN1570 incorporating all the safety features you would expect:

• Peripheral safe edge with reset feature
• PVC Roller blinds on all exposed sides
• Designed hand rails, barriers and interlocked gates
• Rupture valves in the unlikely event of hose burst
• Easily accessible maintenance prop
• Out-board emergency stop
• Low voltage dead-man controls

We also quoted and supplied an ARRS Armo Roller Shutter Door for the upper level.  This was manufactured to the correct size after the order was placed, and was to suit a structural opening of 2840mm wide x 2500mm high, with headroom of 500mm. The shutter curtain, manufactured using traditional 75mm deep scrolled interlocking lath, is end locked to prevent lateral movement.
