Dock Levellers installed in Liverpool depot

McBurney Refrigeration are a leading provider of complete temperature controlled transport and warehousing package throughout the UK & Ireland. They came to Armo, with a requirement for five replacement Dock Levellers to be supplied and installed at their depot in Liverpool.

The Model ARSL Dock Levellers were the standard size of 2000mm x 2500mm x 600mm pit depth. The operating parameters measured both 300mm above and below dock, with a one piece 400mm long swing complete with a 5 ° curvature for when loading above dock.

The project involved cutting out and removing the existing dock levellers and providing new support steelwork frames for the new levellers to sit on before slotting the system back into position
