Dock Shelter supplied and installed in Reading

A returning customer of Armo, JJL Design, requested a quote for a replacement Retractable Dock Shelter at the end of March this year for their client Kuehne Nagel in Reading.

An order was placed and we were able to manufacture and process the order quickly and efficiently to get the job started. The Model ARSR Retractable Dock Shelter for this project needed to be an overall width of 3250mm x height of 3600mm with a projection of 600mm. The front side curtains needed to be 600mm wide complete with a 1200mm long head curtain.

Our heavy duty retractable Dock Shelters are suitable for accommodating vehicles of varying heights and sizes whilst at the same time, providing an effective and accurate seal. The curtain of the Shelter incorporates two yellow guides on each side which works as an aid for a reversing vehicle and helps achieves a more accurate fit.

The managing director of Armo, Darrell Hopwood had this to say: “A retractable dock shelter is a great piece of kit as it keeps most the weather ailments at bay whilst keeping internal warehouse staff dry and warm”
