Eden, a Welsh based Quality Retail Fixtures Company came to Armo, looking for quotes on Swing Lip Dock Levellers and Buffers.

Earlier in the year Armo carried out the replacement of one dock leveller, when it became apparent to the customer that the other two levellers also needed replacing, Armo was asked for a quote.

After careful consideration the client decided to proceed with the additional order and put the team on a tight schedule! As the standard sized dock leveller is kept in stock at the Shropshire head office, we were able to accommodate a tight turn around.

Two Armo ARSL Swing Lip Dock Levellers were ordered at the standard size of 2000mm wide x 2500 long and 610mm pit depth complete with a 5 ° curvature for loading above dock. The heavy-duty rubber buffers ordered were in alliance with the size of the dock levellers, in order to suit the customer’s needs best. 450 x 250 x 100mm rubber buffers mounted on existing steel backing plate were the most suitable.
