New Dock Shelter for existing customer in West Thurrock

An existing customer of Armo, Procter & Gamble, contacted us in November 2016 with a request for a quote for a new Dock Shelter for their West Thurrock site. Procter & Gamble are a multinational manufacturer of product ranges including family, personal and household care products.

Once we had received the go ahead for the order, the manufacturing process began. The ARSR Retractable Dock Shelter measured an overall width of 3450mm, overall height of 4100mm; their projection was 900mm, the width of front curtain 700mm and the length of the head curtain 1800mm.

Our heavy duty retractable Dock Shelters are suitable for accommodating vehicles of varying heights and sizes whilst at the same time, providing an effective and accurate seal. The curtain of the Shelter incorporates two yellow guides on each side, which works as an aid for a reversing vehicle and helps achieves a more accurate fit.

The Managing Director of Armo, Darrell Hopwood had this to say “The existing unit was not suitable to accommodate some the larger vehicle fleet onsite and had suffered impact damage, so we supplied a much taller shelter capable of accommodating a greater range of vehicles”
