A trade partner of Armo contacted us for a quote on a bespoke replacement Goods Lift for Iceland in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham. The made to measure goods lift was quoted at a size of 3000mm x 1500mm with a lift stroke of 2000mm. The client needed the goods lift to take deliveries from road level up to the store level which is almost 2000mm higher. 

The Armo Goods Lift model ARGL lift can deal with heights up to 4500mm with a range of platform sizes offered by Armo’s comprehensive range of standard scissor mechanisms. Safety with lifting tables is paramount and Armo lifts are fully compliant with BS EN 1570 incorporating all the safety features you would expect. This particular lift had a raise speed of 38 seconds and lowering speed of less than 15mm per second. The gates for this lift were 1100m high, open bi-prating gates complete with interlock drop down bolts, finished in black to match lift. The quote also covered de-commissioning and lift out of the existing unit and to remove the lift from site.
