Dock Leveller, Industrial Door & Accessories for client in Cambridgeshire

A more recent customer to Armo, EJI Solutions returned to us recently to get a competitive quote for a Dock Leveller, Roller Shutter Door and Loading Bay Accessories.

EJI Solutions are a UK based company who cover the whole of the UK with 25 years experience in the warehouse industry.  They specialise in plastic safety barriers.

The site in which our most recent supply and install project was based was Cambridgeshire. Work commenced during the first week of April.

The Dock Leveller was made to order and measured a nominal width of 1990mm wide to suite 2020mm wide pit, the nominal length measured 2730m long to suit 2800mm long pit and the pit depth measured 610mm as standard. The operating parameters were both 300mm above and below dock. The lip for the Dock Leveller was 460mm and had a 5° curvature for loading above docks as this size was best suited to that of the actual Dock Leveller itself.

Darrell Hopwood, Managing Director, said of this project: “Our made to order Dock Levellers are perfect for imperial or odd sized pits. We allow for a lead time of around 6 weeks when we have to manufacture to suit non-standard requirements”
