The existing swing lip levellers were supplied by Armo 18 years ago and are still going strong!

Our client wanted to upgrade 4 x of his existing bays from swing lip to the more sophisticated telescopic lip dock levellers that provides finite lip positioning, which is critical for this client, whilst offloading containers.

The existing units were removed, leaving the cast-in framework in position. This enables us to provide a flat frame suspended design that is welded to the existing cast-in steelwork. This design provides the benefit of not having to undertake expensive and messy civil works, and the installation is done very quickly.
