New Loading Bay equipment supplied and installed for customer in Birmingham

A new customer to Armo, Our customer came to us for a quotation as they had a requirement for some new loading bay equipment. Our Ccient is one of the world’s leading automotive suppliers.

They had a need for a new model ARSL Armo Swing Lip Dock Leveller. The size was 2000mm width x 2500mm length, with a minimum pit depth of 610mm. The operating parameters were 300mm both above and below dock. The lip length was 400mm, complete with a 5° curvature for when loading above dock with a 6 tonne loading capacity in accordance with BS EN 1398.

We also supplied two pairs of ARBD Wheel Alignment Guides. These guides are manufactured with soft radius bends and are supplied for installing centrally to the loading bay. The reversing vehicle slots between the guides, ensuring the vehicle docks safely and centrally onto the loading bay.

Lastly, we supplied one ARTR LED Traffic Light and an ARDL Dock Loading Light.
