Working with one of our highly experienced contractors we have installed an Load house loading bay in Eastbourne.
Following a site survey by our experienced Project Manager. We then produced drawings, following approval from our clients, we then manufactured and installed the following:
Model ARLH uninsulated Load House, which is a fully constructed loading bay, added on to the building façade, suitable for existing buildings or as new build. The model ARLH is provided as a complete installed package with all rainwater goods and flashings to seal to the building. We manufactured to the client’s requirements.
ARTL Telescopic Lip Dock Levellers with a 1000mm lip length. As the names suggests the dock leveller is suspended from its top edge allowing the underside of the pit to be clear for access by tail lifts. This gives clear access when docking the vehicles. This Model ARTL is in full Compliance with BS EN 1398.
ARSR Retractable Dock Shelter caters for a mixed vehicle fleet with curtains that extend in from the sides and head allowing a vehicle to push through and keep the worst of the elements at bay. The curtains are designed to flex but maintain contact with the rear of the vehicle to maintain the seal.
ARDB Loading Dock Buffers are made from heavy duty solid rubber, fixed to a prime and painted solid steel backing plate using M24 fixings and the plate in turn is welded in position to provide a long-lasting solid fixing.
ARTL LED Traffic Light are for the loading bay. The traffic lights were red over green LED lights, provided in fully sealed black moulded units, complete with small sun visors. These are interlocked to the loading bay, so the light shows green when the door is closed and red whenever the door is open.
ARBD Wheel Alignment Guides are manufactured with soft radius bends and are supplied for installing centrally to the loading bay, circa 2000mm from the dock face. The reversing vehicle slots between the guides ensuring that the vehicle docks safely and centrally onto the loading bay.
AROD Insulated Sectional Overhead Door tracks are our galvanised steel ‘J’ type, which are designed to give free and easy running for bearing rollers. These tracks are mounted onto a heavy-duty galvanised jamb angle. The perimeter of the doors is fully sealed, as well as the intermediate panel joints, providing most effective weather seal to the door.
