Mansfield Loading Bay Installation Project

Our client in Mansfield required the conversion of an existing level-access opening into a fully functional loading bay to enable the safe handballing of products from containers. In response, Armo developed a tailored solution, resulting in the following scope of works being approved and installed:

ARRS insulated roller shutter door to replace the existing door
ARLH insulated loadhouse structure incorporating a telescopic lip dock leveller and associated buffers
ARMD internal modular dock complete with a pedestrian access stairway, pallet safety gate, and safety handrailing
ARSR retractable dock shelter to provide an effective seal between the reversing trailer and the loadhouse
ARBD wheel alignment guides to centralise the reversing trailer
ARTR LED traffic lights to ensure vehicles only depart the loading bay when it is safe to do so

The client is extremely pleased with both the design and the quality of the installation.
