Loading Bay Upgrade Completed at Ripley!

We’ve recently completed the installation of a new:

-  ARMO ARRS Roller Shutter Door

-  ARSL Swing Lip Dock Leveller with Support Frame

-  ARDB Loading Dock Buffers

-  ARBD Wheel Alignment Guides

The works included:
• The removal and disposal of the existing roller shutter
• Installation and central positioning of the new, wider shutter to the existing blockwork
• Interlocking the roller shutter and dock leveller for safe operation 
• Installation of a capping plate to the dock edge to protect the concrete
• Installation and welding of the modular dock leveller to the capping plate
• Installation of internal controls and a new isolator

A complete solution designed to improve loading bay safety, durability and day-to-day operation.
