Goods Lift manufactured and installed at Powys site

A returning customer to Armo from Powys, contacted us for a quote for a made to measure Goods Lift for their plant in Powys.  Our Client is one of  the UK’s leading water bottling business, with a range of plain and flavoured still and sparkling water and vitamin enriched water.

Armo visited site, and following on from this, provided a prompt quote and the order was placed.

The order was placed for the Model ARGL Goods Lift. The lift was manufactured in a width of 1500mm, a length of 3000mm and nominal depth of 550mm. The lift stroke was 1800mm to achieve a maximum 2350mm overall height, complete with top limit switch to 2300mm actual height.  The load capacity was 1000kg for loading on the long side.

Safety with lifting tables is paramount and Armo lifts are fully compliant with BS EN 1570 incorporating all the safety features you would expect:

• Peripheral safe edge with reset feature
• PVC Bellows on all 4 x sides
• Designed hand rails, barriers and interlocked gates
• Rupture valves in the unlikely event of hose burst
• Easily accessible maintenance prop
• Low voltage dead-man controls
