A world leading manufacturer installs Armo Dock Levellers to complete their new manufacturing depo in Wrexham, Wales

The world’s leading manufacturer and designer of garment hangers; they recently acquired a large facility near Wrexham to create a permanent manufacturing base in Wales.

Due to extremely quick turnaround requirements Armo (UK) supplied dock levellers direct from the vast range of stock that is held at the Head Office warehouse in Telford, Shropshire.

Phase 1 of the project involved two Armo Electro/Hydraulic Swing Lip Dock Levellers (model ARSL) mounted within pre-fabricated support frames complete with rear access ramps. Phase 2 included a new modular steel dock system that is 42 square metres in size on plan view, standing 1.2 metres off the floor and incorporated a further two Armo Electro/Hydraulic Swing Lip Dock Levellers (model ARSL) and associated Dock Buffers.

Both phases were completed within 3 weeks of an order, something the team were very pleased with themselves about.
