Locations required – Telford


Due to continuing growth Armo UK are currently seeking an enthusiastic and effective Administrator to join their team. The role is office based in Hortonwood, Telford and the hours of work are 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday – Thursday and 8.30am – 3.00pm Friday. The successful applicant will gain knowledge of our loading bay products and provide support to members of the team.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Providing general admin support to our Service and Health & Safety teams
  • Effective communication with customers on the telephone and via email
  • Following up with customers to obtain purchase orders for additional works and sales invoicing
  • Update the inhouse computer systems with customer data and order progress
  • Management of Personal Protective Equipment and organising its distribution to all our engineers
  • Answering telephone and providing information to callers • Filing of correspondence and other records
  • Being present on reception and dealing with incoming calls when holiday cover is required. Essential Skills and Experience
  • GCSE Grades A-C including Maths and English
  • IT literate with experience of Microsoft Office package

  • Competent administration skills • Good organisation and time management skills • Able to work as part of a team, but also able to use own initiative
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise way with colleagues and clients
