Our client is one of the UK’s biggest food businesses, having complete control of their supply chain is key to producing great tasting, high quality and safe food for their customers. Therefore loading, and unloading is so important to our client’s business.

We have upgraded two loading bays to ensure the product is loading in the most efficient manner and kept at the correct temperature.  In addition to installing new dock levellers, Armo UK also completes the associated works required to complete the loading bay.

• We removed and disposed of the existing Dock Levellers.
• Installed rear infill table and support frames.
• Then we installed ARTL Telescopic Lip Dock Levellers and i/lock to the doors
• Installed side and back infill’s and new durbar trims.
• The existing Sectional door undertakes modification works so that sectional door closes onto the dock leveller and then fitted with new seals.
• Finally, we installed Insulation panels to the front of the pit.

Armo Installation included complete mechanical installation of new units wiring, commissioning and handover.
