Working again with another family business, that is in its third generation, they are a specialise in manufacturing packaging from green materials. They put a strong emphasis on customer service and in turn look to develop lasting partnerships with their customers and suppliers. We are looking forward to building up a long-lasting relationship with them as one of their valued suppliers.
They have over 65,000 sq. ft of modern production and warehouse space and we are happy to be part of extending this space and installing a new Loading bay.
Following a site survey by our Project manager we have manufactured and installed the following below. To create a new loading bay, that exceed all the safety requirement and speeds up loading and unloading for the clients. Whiles also saving valuable energy in the process.
Armo Inflatable Dock Shelter model ARIS
The use of inflatable dock seals works very simply; the vehicle arrives at the dock usually with an external traffic light showing green, when the warehouse operative is alerted to the presence of the vehicle.
Once the fan is energised the cushions fill with high volume, low-pressure air and maintain steady contact on the sides and roof of the vehicle providing a good tight seal. This reduces the ingress of the elements and keeping in expensively generated warm or cooled air.
Our bespoke service means although the inflatable seals are made to standard dimensions. Armo also provides a service to make special sizes to fit to existing buildings and special applications.
ARTL Telescopic Lip Dock Levellers
As the names suggests the dock leveller is suspended from its top edge allowing the underside of the pit to be clear for access by tail lifts. This gives clear access when docking the vehicles. This Model ARTL is in full Compliance with BS EN 1398.
In addition, we also installed a Wheel Guides, LED Traffic Lights and Loading Bays lights to enhance the safety of the Loading Bay.
