We are pleased to be back on site as our client grows from strength to strength, they are a third-generation family firm in the dairy industry. We are pleased to be adding another loading bay to their ever-growing distribution side of the business.

ARRS Insulated Roller Shutter Door

This is a derivation of the standard roller shutter, the insulated roller shutter door is manufactured in a very similar way, but the curtain is formed with two laths with insulation material between them. The roll when the door is open is a larger diameter, but it requires significantly less space behind the door than a sectional overhead door. Like the standard roller shutter, the insulated roller shutter can be finished in a number of ways, the most popular being powder coated and Plastisol. Both options you can match doors to a co-ordinated colour scheme with cladding or a corporate image. On this occasion the client opted for a Power coated steel finish.

In addition, we included the steel sub frame both internally and externally to accommodate the new door.

ARSR Retractable Dock Shelter

The Retractable Dock Shelters cater for a mixed vehicle fleet with curtains that extend in from the sides and head allowing a vehicle to push through and keep the worst of the elements at bay. The curtains are designed to flex but maintain contact with the rear of the vehicle to maintain the seal.

Heavy Duty Buffers

Heavy duty rubber buffers mounted onto 2 cast in beams and set 1300 above the ground and 1000 below the ground. Loading Dock Buffers are made from heavy duty solid rubber, fixed to a prime and painted solid steel backing plate using M24 fixings and the plate in turn is welded in position to provide a long-lasting solid fixing.

Cast-In Wheel Alignment Guides model ARCI

Wheel Alignment Guides are manufactured with soft radius bends and are supplied for installing centrally to the loading bay, circa 2000mm from the dock face. The reversing vehicle slots between the guides ensuring that the vehicle docks safely and centrally onto the loading bay.
