New Dock Leveller supplied and installed for customer in Glasgow

In January of 2017, we were approached by a new client for Armo, Simpac, for supply and installation of a new Dock Leveller at their premises in Glasgow.  Simpac produces high-quality, tailored, competitively-priced packaging, bagging and wrapping solutions for the UK and internationally, including retail, food, industrial, agricultural and domestic applications.

They had a requirement for a new ARSL Armo Swing Lip Dock Leveller, which was supplied in a size of 2000mm x 2500mm x 500mm minimum pit depth with 3600mm above and 300mm below dock operating parameters, complete with a one piece 400mm lip, complete with a 5° curvature for when loading above dock.

The load capacity was 6 tonnes single axle load, strictly in accordance with the British Standard for dock levellers BS EN 1398.
