New Dock Levellers & Wheel Guides supplied and installed for a new client in Kent

In November of 2016, a new customer for Armo, Key Promotions UK, contacted us as they were in the market to replace an existing dock leveller on their site in Kent. Established in 1997, the family- owned business offers solutions for customers, whose products require specific hand finishing, machine finishing and packaging for the market place.

An order was placed for the Armo model ARSL Swing Lip Dock Leveller, for supply and installation. The size of 2000mm x 3000mm x 600mm minimum pit depth with a 425mm above and a 300mm below dock operating parameter, complete with a one piece 460mm lip, with a 5 ° curvature for when loading above dock with a 6 tonne loading capacity in accordance with BS EN 1398.

We also supplied and installed Wheel Alignment Guides to allow the reversing vehicles to slot between the guides, ensuring that the vehicles dock safely and centrally onto the loading bay.

These are manufactured with soft radius bends and are supplied for installing centrally to the loading bay. These were supplied in a length of 2000mm, 300mm above ground.
