A long-standing trade partner enquired for a quote on two Load Houses for their client who provide global supply chain solutions for perishable and chilled products based in Eccelshall, Stafford.
After a site visit, Darrell Hopwood quoted two ARLH Insulated Load Houses with each supplied as standard with an Armo Swing Lip Dock Leveller, ARDB Heavy Duty Loading Dock Buffers, ARCS Cushion Seal, ARTL LED Traffic Light and ARBD Wheel alignment Guides.
The Armo Load House model ARLH is supplied to suit a variety of loading bay applications. It is easy to add on to existing buildings therefore being space saving and/or making space – whichever way you want to look at it! Another plus to the Load House is we can install quickly with generally no major civil work. The installation onsite for this particular project took just 10days in total. With this particular project however, we had to include for supplementary installation works to create the opening within the building façade to accommodate the loading bay door that provides access to the Load House.
The Load House for this project was manufactured to a width of 3600mm x 2000mm, set at a 90 degree angle to the building. The Armo load house incorporates insulated cladding to sides and roof only. The load house is fitted directly to the top of, and secured to, the steel support frame which in turn is fixed back to the existing building structure.

This project was no exception; we were able to measure, quote and fit the Load House exactly as the client needed as we were involved from the off.”
