Service Engineers in Halesowen, Shrewsbury & Coventry this week
Our team of dedicated Service Engineers, managed by James Reynolds, this week will be heading out to various places across the UK.
After a recent planned service and maintenance visit, a customer in Halesowen went ahead with our after service repairs recommendations to get a Dock Leveller back in good working order. We expect the service engineers to be there for around three days.
At the same time we’ll have another team of service and maintenance engineers over in Northamptonshire working for a trade partners end user client. The job in Northants is to re-commision a goods scissor lift and re-install two relocated doors.
Mid-week we are sending the engineers to a local client in Shrewsbury to install a new Fast Action Door Curtain. And then they’ll be over in Coventry to install a new door motor and springs. The existing motor and springs on the Fast Action Door had perished so we quoted to get them replaced instead of replacing the whole door.
Towards the end of the week the service and maintenance engineers are in Leicestershire to complete after service repairs which includes concreting on Saturday, we agreed to this so the work has minimum impact on our customer’s business operation.
A full week ahead with the above for the Service team plus the usual emergency call outs for broken doors and levellers which we receive all week round.
