Cranberry Foods, one of the UK’s largest integrated Turkey producers recently entrusted Armo to manufacture and install a new large un-insulated Loading Pod to Cranberry’s facility in Scropton, Derbyshire.
The project included an Armo uninsulated Load-House (model ARLH) incorporating a 2000mm wide x 2500mm long Armo Electro/Hydraulic Swing Lip Dock Leveller (model ARSL), the Load-House was finished in single skin profiled cladding to match the existing building façade. Due to internal space constraints the load-house also incorporated an additional 2500mm of space behind the dock leveller for additional storage/loading area.
An Armo Dock Cushion Seal (model ARCS) was installed onto the front of the Load House to provide a good tight seal between refrigerated trailer and load-house.
