Armo Supply and Install New Dock Leveller at leading food packaging company.
A new customer for Armo, IFCO SYSTEMS UK Ltd, made an enquiry for 1no dock leveller in January 2017. IFCO are the leading packaging company not only in the UK but also in Europe, North America, South America, Asia and Africa. IFCO’s Returnable Packaging Containers are used primarily to transport fresh products from producers to leading grocery retailers worldwide.
IFCO required 1no Model ARSL Swing Lip Dock Leveller, which was supplied with a width at 1720mm and a length of 2930mm with a nominal pit depth of 610mm. The operating parameters of the dock leveller were 300mm above dock and 300mm below dock. The lip length was 400mm, complete with a 5° curvature for when loading above dock with a 6 tonne loading capacity in accordance with BS EN 1398.
