Insulated Roller Shutter Door & Retractable Dock Shelter for new Bradford client

Returning Armo client Flexiform, based in Bradford, got in touch with Armo, as they had a requirement for a new Dock Shelter, Roller Shutter Door and Wheel Alignment Guides. Flexiform Business Furniture have been a leading UK designer, manufacturer and supplier of quality office furniture, storage and seating for 40 years.

We visited site, and following this, provided them with a competitive quote. The order was subsequently placed and the process began.

We supplied and installed an ARSR Retractable Dock Shelter which measured an overall width of 3250mm, overall height of 4500mm, projection was 600mm, the width of front curtain 650mm and the length of the head curtain 1500mm.

Our heavy duty retractable Dock Shelters are suitable for accommodating vehicles of varying heights and sizes whilst at the same time, providing an effective and accurate seal. The curtain of the Shelter incorporates two yellow guides on each side, which works as an aid for a reversing vehicle and helps achieves a more accurate fit.

In addition to the shelter, we supplied and installed an ARRS Insulated Roller Shutter Door, which was manufactured to have an opening width of 3150mm x by a 4400mm opening height. Constructed from pre-galvanised material, each panel section was 94mm deep with a multi-ribbed face for integrity. The curtain, when assembled is held in position with purposely designed injection moulded end fittings. The curtain finish was, as requested by the customer, Blue RAL 5010.

Lastly, we supplied and installed a pair of ARBD Wheel Alignment Guides. These guides are manufactured with soft radius bends and are supplied for installing centrally to the loading bay. The reversing vehicle slots between the guides, ensuring the vehicle docks safely and centrally onto the loading bay.
